These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hoppee platform (the "Service"), operated by Hoppee ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Jorhat, Assam, India. By creating an account or using Hoppee, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create a merchant account on Hoppee, you must be at least 18 years of age. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

2. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the text, images, videos, and other data ("Content") you upload to Hoppee. By uploading Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., displaying your digital storefront).

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all Content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

3. Marketplace Disclaimer & Zero Liability

Hoppee is a platform provider, not a seller. We provide the digital infrastructure for merchants to showcase their products.

• Independent Merchants: Each storefront on Hoppee is operated by an independent merchant. Hoppee does not sell, produce, or deliver any items listed by these merchants.
• Transactions: Any transaction, agreement, or dispute between a customer and a merchant is strictly between those two parties.
• Zero Liability: Hoppee takes zero liability or responsibility for any issues arising from such transactions, including but not limited to product quality, delivery failures, incorrect pricing, or fraudulent behavior by a merchant or customer.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Hoppee to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, or obscene content.
• Sell or showcase prohibited items as per local laws in India and your specific region.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the platform.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Premium features are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Taxes: Prices listed may be exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which will be calculated at checkout.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Subscription payments to Hoppee are non-refundable.

6. Business Verification

We offer a "Verified" badge for businesses that submit valid documentation. We reserve the right to reject verification requests or revoke badges if submitted documents are found to be forged, expired, or invalid.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hoppee is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoppee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Assam, India.
