Instructions
  1. Go to your merchant dashboard settings and click on 'Preferences'.
  2. Under the 'Payments' section, you will find your Razorpay Route Account ID.
  3. This settlement route is linked administratively by Hoppee to guarantee secure routing.
  4. Transactions are split: a flat 5% platform fee is deducted, and 95% of customer payments are routed directly to your connected account.

Fulfilling checkout orders

Manage client order receipts, process delivery, and issue invoice alerts.

Instructions
  1. You will receive an automated email receipt when a customer completes checkout.
  2. Go to 'Orders' in your dashboard to view delivery details (address, items, phone).
  3. Once dispatched, update the order status to 'Shipped' to notify your customer.
  4. Mark as 'Completed' once the customer receives their order.

Adding Hoppee store to your Instagram Link-in-Bio

Integrate your storefront on Instagram to convert social posts into order checks.

Instructions
  1. Open your Instagram app and go to your profile page.
  2. Click 'Edit Profile'.
  3. Select 'Links' or 'Website' and click 'Add external link'.
  4. Paste your unique Hoppee URL (e.g. https://hoppee.shop/goldenbakes) and label it 'Shop Our Catalog'.

Instructions
  1. Make sure you are on our Unlimited subscription tier.
  2. Go to Settings > Business Profile in your dashboard.
  3. Under 'Store Handle', enter your desired name (e.g., claysoil).
  4. Click 'Save Preferences' to immediately update your live web link.
  5. Copy your new storefront address and share it on your social profile bio.
